Refunds and Returns

Thank you for shopping with Loopsies! I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns or issues, please review my refund and returns policy below.
1. Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is accepted, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, I will happily exchange it for the same item.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
